A new 6 metre long printer which weighs three tonnes is set to transform the way Go Transit Media Group produces its bus, light rail and taxi wraps.

Gold Coast buses used to promote major Powerboat Series

30 JULY 2015

The Gold Coast continues to confirm its reputation as Australia's leading city for events and entertainment. Mayor Tom Tate (pictured) was on hand recently to launch the XCAT Powerboat World Series with the local round set for August 21-23 this year.

The event is described as the Formula 1 of Water Sports with boats reaching up to 300km per hour. And what a better way to launch it than with a Double Decker Gold Coast bus covered with all the colour and action of the spectacular event.

Mildura and Echuca join growing regional Victorian fleet for Go Transit Media Group

28 July 2015

The key towns of Mildura and Echuca are now part of Go Transit Media Group’s growing footprint into regional Victoria.

With a combined population of over 65,000 people, both Mildura and Echuca will become important markets for Go Transit as it extends its reach and penetration into new markets across Australia.

In May this year, Bendigo based Christian’s Bus Company signed an exclusive agreement with Go Transit to provide advertising on the local bus fleet.

Go Transit Media Group General Manager of Operations Vaughan Jones said securing the new markets complements the firm’s existing offer into Regional Victoria which now includes Geelong, Ballarat, Latrobe Valley, Horsham, Portsea, Cranbourne, Tullamarine and Wodonga.

“Mildura in particular has a really strong and resilient economy and I am sure we’ll get very good traction in the local market with businesses wanting to take advantage of this exciting new form of advertising,” Mr Jones said.
